Arm Blaster

The Arm Blaster is a harness with a metal plate attached. The harness is designed to be worn around the neck, allowing you to lock your arms into the grooves on each side of the arm blaster’s metal plate ensuring that the arms remain tightly positioned against your body throughout the workout . The purpose of the Arm Blaster is to lock in good form while isolating the biceps eliminating any swinging and focusing on a full contraction during each repetition.

This training Accessory is specifically designed for training  biceps while using dumbbells, barbells and cable machines.
